Returns & Refunds

A refund is possible before the item is shipped to the customer.

Once the item is purchased a full refund can be issued but the transaction fees are deducted from the whole amount.

If the shipping fees are included and the post label is created before the cancellation, those costs will be deducted as well.

Additional costs may be added in the process depending on the country and bank of the users.

In case when the package is not delivered and therefore returned to us all the additional shipping fees will be deducted from the refunding amount.
If the customer wants the package to be resent a new invoice will be created for added shipping expenses.

There are no returns after a successful delivery.
