A custom order is made by a non-written agreement between an artist and a customer.
A 40% deposit is mandatory before the custom project begins and the rest of the amount is paid before the shipping of the item.
If an order is cancelled after the item is already finished the deposit will not be refunded.
If a customer is cancelling the order after the whole amount is paid, 60% of the price will be refunded without the transaction fees that will be deducted from the same amount. Read more about refunds and returns here.
The design of the custom order cannot be a replica of someone else's work but it could be inspired by it.
